Job summary

EY is seeking a Technical Product & Innovation Manager to lead the governance, investment strategy, and technical roadmap for talent technology. You will collaborate with Demand Management and cross-functional teams to drive measurable people and business outcomes, including Client Zero initiatives that demonstrate value at scale.

You will shape governance, align strategy with user needs and delivery capabilities, and manage an integrated portfolio with a focus on adoption, risk, and value

Qualifications

• Experience in technical product management and HR or talent technology.
• Proven ability to establish governance, operating rhythms, and lifecycle practices.
• Experience defining a tech investment strategy and roadmap.
• Experience leading Client Zero or incubation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define talent technology investment strategy and multi-horizon roadmap.
• Establish product governance and portfolio forums.
• Coordinate refinement, estimation, release planning with delivery partners.
• Lead Client Zero initiatives from use-case to enterprise scale.
