Job summary

EY is seeking a Technical Product & Innovation Manager to drive a product-led talent technology portfolio with governance, investment strategy, and enterprise-scale delivery.

You will align strategy with user needs, manage demand, and coordinate delivery across business and technical teams, including Client Zero initiatives and adoption metrics. A bachelor’s degree and strong product leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in technical product management, HR or talent technology, enterprise platforms, digital transformation, product operations, or technology consulting.
• Demonstrated success establishing or maturing a product organization, including governance and cross-functional accountability.
• Experience defining a technology investment strategy and technical roadmap that connect business priorities, architecture, funding, sequencing, capacity, risk, and value realization.
• Experience leading Client Zero, pilot, or incubation initiatives through implementation, adoption, measurement, and enterprise scale.
• Experience managing roadmaps and backlogs, translating business needs into implementable requirements, and coordinating delivery across teams.
• Experience with enterprise HR platforms or service-delivery technologies, with ServiceNow, employee portals, case and knowledge management, workflow automation preferred.
• Working knowledge of integrations, APIs, data flows, security, privacy, testing, release management, and platform lifecycle practices.
• Strong analytical and financial judgment and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Define talent technology investment strategy and multi-horizon roadmap.
• Maintain an integrated view of talent technology inventory, portfolio, demand and risk.
• Prepare decision-ready recommendations balancing value, feasibility, cost and risk.
• Lead Client Zero initiatives from use-case to enterprise-scale adoption.
• Coordinate refinement, estimation, release planning, prototyping, testing, UAT, launch readiness, and reviews.
