Job summary

EY is seeking a Technical Product & Innovation Manager to help shape a product-led talent technology organization. You will define governance, investment strategy and a multi-horizon tech roadmap, aligning strategy with user needs, architecture, and value realization.

You will partner with Demand Management, manage discovery and delivery, and lead Client Zero initiatives to drive adoption, measurement, and scalable impact across EY’s talent ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in technical product management, HR or talent technology, enterprise platforms, digital transformation, product operations, or technology consulting.
• Demonstrated success establishing or maturing a product organization with governance, operating rhythms, lifecycle practices, decision rights, and cross-functional accountability.
• Experience defining a technology investment strategy and technical roadmap tied to business priorities, architecture, funding, sequencing, risk and value realization.
• Experience leading Client Zero, pilot, or incubation initiatives through implementation, adoption, measurement and enterprise scale.
• Experience managing roadmaps and backlogs, conducting structured discovery, translating business needs into implementable requirements, coordinating delivery across teams.
• Experience with enterprise HR platforms or service-delivery technologies, with ServiceNow, employee portals, case and knowledge management, workflow automation, or comparable platforms preferred.
• Working knowledge of integrations, APIs, data flows, security, privacy, testing, release management, and platform lifecycle practices.
• Bachelor-level or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement talent technology investment strategy and a multi-horizon technical roadmap.
• Maintain an integrated view of talent technology inventory, portfolio, demand, delivery capacity, dependencies, risk, cost and value.
• Lead governance forums linking strategy, investment decisions and delivery with clear criteria and accountability.
• Partner with Demand Management to assess ideas, enhancements, integrations, defects and modernization opportunities.
• Coordinate refinement, estimation, dependency management, release planning, prototyping, testing, UAT and launch readiness.
• Lead Client Zero initiatives from use-case definition through adoption and enterprise-scale readiness.
