Job summary

EY is seeking a Technical Product & Innovation Manager to help build a product-led talent technology organization. You will shape governance, roadmap, and operating disciplines, coordinating with the Demand Management and Enterprise Technology teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

In this role you’ll oversee a multi-horizon investment strategy, drive adoption, and lead Client Zero initiatives from definition through enterprise-scale rollout, while evaluating emerging capabilities such

Qualifications

Relevant experience in technical product management, HR or talent technology, enterprise platforms, digital transformation, product operations, or technology consulting.
Proven ability to establish or mature a product organization, with governance and lifecycle practices.
Experience defining a technology investment strategy and technical roadmap aligned to priorities and value realization.
Experience leading Client Zero or pilot initiatives through implementation, adoption, measurement and scale.
Experience managing roadmaps and backlogs across business and technical teams.
Experience with enterprise HR platforms or service-delivery technologies preferred.

Responsibilities

Define talent technology investment strategy and multi-horizon technical roadmap.
Lead product governance, operating rhythms, lifecycle standards, ownership and decision rights.
Coordinate refinement, estimation, dependency management, release planning, prototyping, testing, UAT and launch readiness.
Establish forums connecting strategy, investment decisions, demand, architecture, delivery, risk and value realization.
Lead Client Zero initiatives from use-case definition through enterprise-scale rollout.
