EY seeks a Technical Product & Innovation Manager to shape a product-led talent technology organization. You will define governance, investment strategy, and a multi-horizon roadmap to manage the portfolio at enterprise scale, while leading Client Zero initiatives that connect strategy, user needs, and technical delivery.

Competenze

• Experience in technical product management, HR or talent technology, enterprise platforms or digital transformation.
• Proven ability to establish or mature a product organization with governance and operating rhythms.
• Experience linking technology investment strategy to business value and outcomes.
• Experience leading Client Zero or incubation initiatives through enterprise-scale delivery.
• Ability to translate business needs into implementable requirements and roadmaps.
