Job summary

EY is seeking a Technical Product & Innovation Manager to help establish and mature a product-led organization for talent technology. You’ll shape governance, investment strategy, technical roadmap and operating disciplines, aligning strategy with user needs and delivery outcomes across an enterprise portfolio.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in technical product management, HR or talent technology, enterprise platforms, digital transformation, product operations, or technology consulting
• Demonstrated success establishing or maturing a product organization with governance and operating rhythms
• Experience defining a technology investment strategy and technical roadmap aligning priorities, architecture and value
• Experience leading Client Zero, pilot, or incubation initiatives through implementation and scale
• Experience managing roadmaps and backlogs, translating needs into requirements and coordinating delivery
• Experience with enterprise HR platforms, service-delivery tech, with ServiceNow, employee portals, case and knowledge management, or similar platforms preferred
• Working knowledge of integrations, APIs, data flows, security, privacy, testing, release management, and platform lifecycle practices
• Strong analytical and financial judgment with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the talent technology investment strategy and multi-horizon technical roadmap
• Maintain an integrated view of the talent technology inventory, portfolio, demand, delivery capacity, dependencies, risk and value
• Prepare decision-ready recommendations balancing user value, strategic alignment, feasibility, effort, cost, risk, architectural fit and outcomes
• Implement practical product governance, operating rhythms, lifecycle standards, ownership and escalation paths
• Establish forums that connect strategy, investment decisions, demand, architecture, delivery, risk and value realization
• Track adoption, experience, quality, reliability, efficiency, cost, risk and realized value to inform scaling, consolidation or retirement
• Align Talent leaders, users, product managers, technical teams, vendors and partners on outcomes, requirements and commitments
• Partner with Demand Management to assess ideas, enhancements, integrations, defects, and modernization opportunities
• Translate validated needs into business cases, process flows, requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and decision documentation
• Coordinate refinement, estimation, dependency management, release planning, prototyping, testing, UAT, launch readiness and post-launch reviews
