Job summary

EY seeks a Technical Product & Innovation Manager to advance a product-led talent-technology organization within a global, enterprise-scale setting. You will shape governance, investment strategy, and a technical roadmap aligned with user needs and business outcomes.

You will partner with Demand Management, translate validated needs into concrete requirements, and coordinate delivery with Enterprise Technology and partners.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in technical product management, HR or talent technology, enterprise platforms, digital transformation, product operations, or technology consulting.
• Demonstrated success establishing or maturing a product organization with governance, operating rhythms, lifecycle practices, and cross-functional accountability.
• Experience defining a technology investment strategy and technical roadmap that connects priorities, architecture, funding, sequencing, risk, and value realization.
• Experience leading Client Zero, internal-first, pilot, or incubation initiatives through implementation, adoption, measurement, and scale.
• Experience managing roadmaps and backlogs, translating business needs into implementable requirements, and coordinating delivery across business and technical teams.
• Experience with enterprise HR platforms or service-delivery technologies, with ServiceNow, employee portals, case and knowledge management, workflow automation, or comparable platforms preferred.
• Working knowledge of integrations, APIs, data flows, security, privacy, testing, release management, and platform lifecycle practices.
• Strong analytical and financial judgment; bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Define talent technology investment strategy and multi-horizon technical roadmap; translate priorities into sequenced investments and measurable outcomes.
• Maintain an integrated view of talent technology inventory, portfolio, demand, delivery capacity, dependencies, and cost.
• Prepare decision-ready recommendations balancing value, feasibility, effort, cost, risk, and architectural fit.
• Establish governance, operating rhythms, lifecycle standards, ownership, documentation, escalation paths, and decision rights across the portfolio.
• Lead Client Zero initiatives from use-case definition through implementation, adoption and measurement; manage an innovation pipeline.
• Coordinate refinement, estimation, dependency management, release planning, prototyping, testing, UAT, and post-launch reviews with delivery partners.
