EY is seeking a Technical Product & Innovation Manager to support the Digital Talent Strategy Lead in shaping a product-led talent technology organization. You will define governance, drive investment strategy, and align strategy with user needs and technical delivery across enterprise-scale initiatives.

The role partners with Demand Management and delivery teams to coordinate intake, prioritization, and measurable business outcomes while guiding Client Zero opportunities through discovery,

Qualifications

• Experience in technical product management, HR or talent technology.
• Proven success establishing or maturing a product organization with governance and cross-functional accountability.
• Experience defining a technology investment strategy and technical roadmap.
• Experience leading Client Zero or incubation initiatives through enterprise scale.
• Strong analytical and financial judgment with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsabilités

• Define and implement talent technology investment strategy and multi-horizon technical roadmap.
• Establish product governance, operating rhythms and portfolio forums.
• Lead Client Zero initiatives from use-case definition through enterprise scale.
• Collaborate with Demand Management, architecture, and delivery partners to ensure coordinated execution.
• Advance a pipeline of innovations from discovery to adoption and measurement.
