Job summary
EY is seeking a Technical Product & Innovation Manager to support the Digital Talent Strategy Lead in establishing a product-led organization for talent technology. The role shapes governance, investment strategy, technical roadmap, and operating disciplines across the portfolio, aligning strategy with user needs and technical delivery.
You will collaborate with Demand Management, influence intake prioritization, and drive adoption and value realization at enterprise scale, including Client Zero
Qualifications
- Experience in technical product management within HR or talent technology
- Proven ability to mature a product organization with governance
- Experience defining technology investment strategies and roadmaps
- Experience leading Client Zero, pilot, or incubation initiatives
- Experience managing roadmaps, backlogs, and discovery
- Familiarity with enterprise HR platforms, portals, workflow automation, or related tools
Responsibilities
- Define and implement talent technology investment strategy and multi-horizon roadmap.
- Maintain an integrated view of talent technology inventory, portfolio, demand, and risk.
- Prepare decision-ready recommendations balancing value, feasibility, and cost.
