Job summary

EY is seeking a Technical Product & Innovation Manager to support the Digital Talent Strategy Lead in establishing and maturing a product-led organization for talent technology. You will shape governance, investment strategy, technical roadmap, and operating disciplines for enterprise-scale portfolio management, while driving Client Zero initiatives that tie strategy to outcomes.

Qualifications

Relevant experience in technical product management, HR or talent technology, enterprise platforms, digital transformation, product operations, or technology consulting.
Demonstrated success establishing or maturing a product organization with governance and cross-functional accountability.
Experience defining a technology investment strategy and technical roadmap tied to priorities, funding, sequencing, and value.
Experience leading Client Zero, internal-first, pilot or incubation initiatives through enterprise-scale delivery.
Experience managing roadmaps and backlogs, translating needs into requirements and coordinating delivery across teams.
Experience with enterprise HR platforms or service-delivery technologies, preferably ServiceNow or similar.
Knowledge of integrations, data flows, security, privacy, testing, and release management.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

Define and implement talent technology investment strategy and multi-horizon roadmap.
Maintain integrated view of talent technology inventory, portfolio, demand, and value.
Prepare decision-ready recommendations balancing user value, feasibility, cost, risk, and architecture.
Establish governance, operating rhythms, lifecycle standards, and decision rights across portfolio.
Track adoption, quality, reliability, and realized value to inform scaling or retirement decisions.
Align stakeholders on outcomes, requirements, constraints, quality, and commitments.
Coordinate refinement, estimation, release planning, prototyping, testing, and launch readiness with delivery partners.
Lead Client Zero initiatives from use-case to enterprise-scale adoption.
