Job summary

EY is seeking a Technical Product & Innovation Manager to shape a product-led talent technology organization. You will govern the portfolio, align demand with investment and delivery, and drive value through client-zero initiatives that connect strategy with technical delivery.

You will partner with Demand Management, define business cases, and manage a broad enterprise tech roadmap across HR platforms, APIs, and integrations, ensuring measurable outcomes and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

Experience establishing or maturing a product organization with governance and operating rhythms.
Ability to define a technology investment strategy and technical roadmap aligned to priorities.
Experience leading Client Zero initiatives through implementation, adoption and measurement.
Managing roadmaps, backlogs, and translating needs into requirements and acceptance criteria.
Experience with enterprise HR platforms or related service-delivery technologies preferred.
Knowledge of integrations, data flows, security, privacy, and platform lifecycle practices.
Strong analytical and financial judgement; bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Define and implement talent technology investment strategy and multi-horizon roadmap.
Maintain integrated view of talent technology inventory, portfolio, and demand.
Coordinate refinement, estimation, dependency management, release planning and post-launch reviews.
Lead Client Zero initiatives from use-case to enterprise-scale adoption.
Establish governance, forums, and decision rights across the portfolio.
