Job summary

EY is seeking a Technical Product & Innovation Manager to lead the governance, investment strategy, and technical roadmap for talent technology in a global, enterprise-scale setting. The role partners with demand management and delivery teams to connect strategy with user needs and technical delivery.

By leading Client Zero initiatives, evaluating AI-enabled capabilities, and managing an innovation pipeline, you will drive value realization and enterprise-scale adoption across EY's talent

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in technical product management, HR or talent technology, enterprise platforms, digital transformation, product operations, or technology consulting
• Demonstrated success establishing or maturing a product organization with governance and operating rhythms
• Experience defining a technology investment strategy and technical roadmap
• Experience leading Client Zero or incubation initiatives through enterprise scale
• Experience managing roadmaps and backlogs, translating business needs into requirements
• Experience with enterprise HR platforms or service-delivery technologies preferred
• Knowledge of integrations, APIs, data flows, security, privacy, and platform lifecycle practices
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the talent technology investment strategy and multi-horizon technical roadmap
• Maintain an integrated view of the talent technology inventory, portfolio, demand, delivery capacity, dependencies
• Prepare decision-ready recommendations balancing value, feasibility, cost, risk, and architectural fit
• Implement product governance, operating rhythms, lifecycle standards, and ownership across the portfolio
• Establish forums connecting strategy, investment decisions, demand, architecture, delivery, risk and value realization
• Track adoption, experience, quality, reliability, cost, risk and realized value with evidence for scaling decisions
• Coordinate refinement, estimation, dependency management, release planning, prototyping, testing, UAT, launch readiness
• Lead Client Zero talent technology initiatives from use-case definition through implementation, adoption and measurement
• Evaluate emerging capabilities including generative AI and automation and move opportunities into governed experiments
• Manage an innovation pipeline advancing ideas from discovery to adoption and measurement
• Collaborate with enterprise technology, product managers, and delivery partners to align outcomes and constraints
