Job summary

Global Payments is seeking a Technical Partner Manager to be the primary technical contact for Small Business/Retail ecosystem partners, guiding onboarding, engagement and governance through the partnership lifecycle.

You will coordinate with Product, Engineering, QA, and Support to drive integration plans, testing, certifications, and production launches, ensuring smooth partner delivery and ongoing enablement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 5+ years in technical partnerships, technical account management, implementation consulting, solution engineering, technical program management, or related tech roles.
• Experience supporting API integrations, SaaS platforms, POS systems, commerce platforms, or enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery activities with prospective and existing partners.
• Evaluate partner solutions, APIs, data flows, architecture, and implementation requirements.
