Job summary

Global Payments seeks a Technical Partner Manager to act as the primary technical liaison for SMB Restaurant ecosystem partners. You will drive onboarding, technical engagement, governance, and ongoing relationship management across internal teams and partners.

You will lead discovery, assess APIs and data flows, manage integration plans, and coordinate milestones, testing, and launch readiness while ensuring issue resolution and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical partnerships or partner ecosystems.
• Strong communication across product, engineering and business teams.
• Proven ability to manage complex partner integration projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery activities for prospective and existing partners.
• Evaluate partner solutions, APIs, data flows, architecture designs, implementation requirements, and technical fit.
• Identify integration opportunities, risks, dependencies, and implementation considerations.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to gather and communicate technical requirements.
• Provide technical recommendations to support partner prioritization and business cases.
• Develop and manage partner integration plans from evaluation to production launch.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities across Product, Engineering, QA, Technical Services, Operations, Support.
