Job summary

Global Payments is seeking a Technical Partner Manager to serve as the primary technical contact for SMB Restaurant partners. You will drive discovery, engage with partner engineering, and manage integration projects end‑to‑end, ensuring successful onboarding and production readiness.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, and Operations to align requirements, manage timelines, and maintain partner governance. Travel as needed and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

Experience supporting API integrations and SaaS/platform ecosystems.
Proven ability to manage technical programs with external partners.
Strong stakeholder management and communication across product, eng, and ops.

Responsibilities

Lead technical discovery with SMB Restaurant partners.
Assess APIs, data flows and architecture for fit within Genius ecosystem.
Define integration plans from evaluation to production launch.
Coordinate cross‑functional teams across Product, Eng, QA, and Support.
Manage certification and testing schedules for partner integrations.
Drive issue resolution and ensure on‑time delivery of integrations.
