Job summary

Global Payments Inc. is seeking a Technical Partner Manager to be the primary technical contact for SMB/Retail ecosystem partners, guiding them through the partnership lifecycle from onboarding to production deployment.

You will coordinate with product and engineering teams, manage integration plans, and ensure testing, deployment, and certification milestones are met while driving ongoing partner enablement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in technical partnerships or related roles.
• Experience with API integrations and SaaS platforms.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery for partners and evaluate technical fit.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, QA, and Support for integrations.
• Develop partner integration plans from evaluation to production launch.
• Manage certification, testing, deployment, and launch readiness.
• Provide ongoing technical guidance and escalation management.
