Job summary

Global Payments seeks a Technical Partner Manager to serve as the primary technical contact for Small Business/Retail ecosystem partners. You will guide onboarding, technical engagement, governance, and ongoing relationship management from discovery to production launch.

You will coordinate with Product, Engineering, QA, and Operations to ensure technical alignment, certifications, and smooth deployments, supporting SMB Restaurant customers and ensuring high partner satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 5+ years in technical partnerships or related tech roles.
• Experience supporting API integrations, SaaS, POS or enterprise apps.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery activities with prospective and existing partners.
• Evaluate partner solutions, APIs, data flows, and architectures for fit in the Genius ecosystem.
• Identify integration opportunities, risks, dependencies, and implementation considerations.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to gather and communicate technical requirements.
• Develop and manage partner integration plans from evaluation to production launch.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities across Product, Engineering, QA, Operations, Support, and partner teams.
• Track milestones, testing schedules, and launch readiness criteria.
