Job summary

Global Payments is seeking a Technical Partner Manager in Charlotte to serve as the primary technical contact for Small Business/Retail ecosystem partners. You will lead discovery, evaluate APIs, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver integrations from planning to production.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, experience with APIs and SaaS, and the ability to travel as needed. Join a global payments leader and help drive partner success and platform health.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical partnerships or related tech roles.
• Experience supporting API integrations, SaaS platforms, POS systems, or enterprise apps.
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery activities for partners.
• Evaluate partner APIs, data flows, architectures, and integration requirements.
• Identify integration opportunities, risks, and implementation considerations.
• Gather and communicate technical requirements with Product/Engineering teams.
• Provide recommendations to support partner prioritization and business case development.
• Develop and manage partner integration plans from evaluation to production.
