Job summary

Global Payments is seeking a Technical Partner Manager to serve as the primary technical contact for SMB Restaurant ecosystem partners. You will lead discovery, evaluate integrations, and coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to ensure successful onboarding and production launches.

You will drive certification, testing, and deployment activities, align technical requirements with platform capabilities, and influence integration roadmaps while maintaining strong relationships

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 5+ years of experience in technical partnerships, technical account management, implementation consulting, solution engineering, technical program management, or related technology roles.
• Experience supporting API integrations, SaaS platforms, POS systems, commerce platforms, or enterprise applications.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery activities for prospective and existing partners.
• Evaluate partner solutions, APIs, data flows, architecture designs, implementation requirements, and technical fit within the Genius ecosystem.
• Identify integration opportunities, dependencies, and implementation considerations.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities involving Product, Engineering, QA, Technical Services, Operations and partner teams.
• Track milestones, testing schedules, and deployment plans.
• Manage certification process for partner integrations and ensure testing readiness.
