Job summary

Global Payments Inc. is seeking a Technical Partner Manager to be the primary technical contact for Small Business/Retail ecosystem partners throughout the partnership lifecycle.

You will build strong working relationships with partner products, engineering, implementation, and support teams. Support partner onboarding, technical engagement, governance meetings, and ongoing relationship management activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 5+ years in technical partnerships or related roles.
• Experience with APIs, SaaS platforms, or POS systems.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery activities for partners.
• Evaluate partner solutions, APIs, data flows, and architecture.
• Identify integration opportunities and risks.
• Develop and manage partner integration plans from eval to production.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities across Product, Engineering, QA, and Support.
• Drive execution and manage the certification process.
