Job summary

Polymarket is seeking a technical client-facing professional to own onboarding for third-party partners and serve as the primary technical contact after onboarding. You will build guides, code samples, and documentation while partnering with product and engineering to translate client needs into platform improvements.

You will also triage issues, detect latency bottlenecks, and assist the institutional sales team during due diligence, maintaining awareness of API health and client usage patterns.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in a technical client-facing role at a trading tech company.
• Hands-on experience with exchange or trading APIs (REST, WebSocket, FIX).
• Comfortable reading/writing code (Python, JavaScript).
• Strong communicator who can explain technical concepts clearly to engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-starter who owns client issues end-to-end.
• Familiar with electronic trading concepts: order types, latency, data feeds.
• Collaborative; works with engineering, product, and sales.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical onboarding for third-party partners integrating Polymarket's APIs.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for partners post-onboarding.
• Build and maintain integration guides, code samples, and documentation.
• Work cross-functionally with product and engineering to translate client feedback into improvements.
• Identify and flag integration bottlenecks, latency issues, and API pain points early.
• Support the institutional sales team on technical due diligence and client calls.
• Monitor client API health and usage patterns and proactively reach out when something looks off.
