Job summary

Polymarket in the United States is hiring a Client Associate to welcome new traders, onboard them, answer questions, and be the name customers recognize when they need help. You don't need a trading background, but you should be curious about markets, quick to learn a technical product, and able to explain it in plain language to someone who has never used it before.

You will act as a mini-founder for your customer relationships, shaping the experience and helping us scale a human-centered

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of client-facing experience, account management, or direct relationships with external users.
• Strong written communication skills and ability to be concise.
• Comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy.
• Organized enough to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Able to learn a technical product quickly and explain it in plain language.
• Familiarity with prediction markets, futures, or derivatives is a plus.
• Experience building or improving a client-facing process is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the person your customers know by name—answer questions about markets, positions, or the platform clearly and promptly.
• Guide customers through onboarding from first market to confident trading.
• Keep communication consistent, clear, and human; avoid repetitive messages.
• Escalate to the right team when needs exceed the role, while maintaining thread context.
• Spot recurring questions and friction points, and propose simple, repeatable solutions.
