Job summary

Polymarket is seeking a technically adept, client-facing role combining account management with solutions engineering. You will own onboarding for market makers and institutions, triage post-onboarding issues with engineering, and craft guides and code samples to accelerate live deployments.

You will collaborate with product and engineering to translate client feedback into platform improvements, identify API bottlenecks, and support the sales team during due diligence.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in a technical client-facing role in fintech, trading tech, or exchanges.
• Hands-on experience with exchange APIs (REST, WebSocket, FIX) in production.
• Able to read/write code (Python or JavaScript) to build samples or automation.
• Strong communicator able to explain complex concepts to engineers and non-tech stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical onboarding for market makers and institutions via Polymarket APIs.
• Serve as primary technical contact post-onboarding, triaging issues with engineering.
• Build and maintain integration guides, code samples, and documentation.
• Work cross-functionally with product and engineering to translate client feedback into improvements.
• Identify bottlenecks, latency issues, and API pain points before they impact clients.
• Support the institutional sales team on technical due diligence and deal closure.
• Monitor client API health and usage patterns; alert when anomalies occur.
