Job summary

Glean-Technologies seeks a seasoned PM to lead agent interop and partnerships, driving API and SDK strategy for developers across customers and partners. You will collaborate with top B2B product teams to deliver robust, scalable API and SDK solutions.

You will own API contracts, developer onboarding, and edge-case handling, while aligning with product goals and security. This hybrid Mountain View/SF role focuses on impactful integrations and measurable developer success.

Qualifications

5+ years of product management experience, ideally in platform, developer experience, API, SDK, or partnership-driven products.
Deep technical understanding and comfort with API contracts, payloads, logs, telemetry, and tradeoffs with engineers.
Experience building or leading robust, scalable APIs and SDKs adopted by external developers.
Strong taste for developer interfaces, clear abstractions, consistent resource design, and machine-readable errors.

Responsibilities

Own the design and evolution of public APIs and SDKs, including versioning and deprecation.
Define the developer experience end-to-end: auth, onboarding, first call, error handling, rate limiting, webhooks.
Write code, build sample apps, run integrations, and test hard edges before customers.
Review documentation critically and fix gaps or inaccurate details.
Analyze support tickets and community discussions to identify recurring questions as design defects.
Set metrics like time-to-first-call, integration success rate, and API error rates.
Lock API contracts and guard scope changes during engineering.
