Job summary

The candidate will translate complex AI, product, and engineering concepts into practical curricula, ensuring learning is actionable and scalable globally.

Qualifications

• Strong technical foundation across software, AI, data, and enterprise tech concepts.
• Experience designing technical curriculum, developer education, or technical learning experiences.
• Ability to create hands-on, application-oriented learning rather than purely theoretical training.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end technical learning journeys aligned to Builder roles and proficiency expectations.
• Develop curriculum strategies for onboarding, ongoing technical development, and product readiness.
• Lead Train-the-Trainer programs and enable instructors to deliver technical curriculum.
• Personally deliver selected technical learning experiences when needed.
