Job summary

General Assembly seeks a Senior Learning Experience Designer to design, develop, and contextualize high-quality GA learning programs for enterprise, technical, and professional audiences.

You will lead programs with AI-enabled content, work with SMEs and instructors, and deliver scalable, outcome-focused training across industries. The role requires strong design skills, project management, and a practical sense of how AI tools apply to real work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, curriculum design, or related field.
• Ability to design high-quality learning experiences for enterprise, professional, technical, or workplace audiences.
• Hands-on fluency with AI tools for designing, prototyping, evaluating, and improving learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead ownership for GA programs including AI and emerging tech learning tracks.
• Design instructor-led materials: slides, labs, case studies, simulations, assessments, facilitator guides.
• Develop learning experiences that translate to real workplace outcomes and measurable impact.
• Collaborate with SMEs, instructors, product managers, and client teams to tailor programs.
• Ensure alignment with GA standards, timelines, and resource management.
