Salesforce is seeking a Technical Learning Experience & Delivery lead to design, develop, and scale world-class technical learning experiences that prepare Builders to design, build, deploy, and optimize AI-powered solutions. The role focuses on learning strategy, curriculum architecture, and content development, translating complex AI, product, engineering concepts into practical hands-on experiences.

10–20% delivery, working with Product, CoE, and field SMEs.

Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to design technical curriculum and developer education.
Experience translating complex AI, data, and architecture concepts into practical learning.
Strong capability to enable learners to apply technology to real-world problems.

Responsibilities

Design end-to-end technical learning journeys aligned to Builder roles and skills.
Develop onboarding, ongoing technical development, and product readiness curriculum.
Translate AI, Salesforce product, architecture, data, and engineering concepts into structured learning experiences.
Define learning objectives, curriculum sequencing, instructional approaches, and proficiency expectations.
Create modular, reusable learning experiences scalable globally and adaptable to changing products.
Partner with Product & Field Readiness to align curriculum with competency frameworks, certifications, and product priorities.
Establish technical learning standards and reusable curriculum patterns across the Builder organization.
Design and develop instructor-led and self-paced technical curricula, workshops, demonstrations, and exercises.
Partner with Product, field SMEs, and Builders to ensure curriculum accuracy and relevance.
Incorporate customer scenarios, architecture patterns, and best practices into curriculum.
Maintain curriculum as Salesforce products and AI capabilities evolve.
Leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate curriculum development, testing, and maintenance.
Lead Train-the-Trainer programs for Builder Bootcamps, workshops, and new programs.
Design instructor guides, facilitation materials, and delivery playbooks.
Coach instructors on technical facilitation, learner engagement, and troubleshooting.
Observe delivery and provide actionable feedback to improve instructor effectiveness.
