Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Technical Learning Experience & Delivery professional to design, develop, and scale world-class technical learning experiences for AI-powered solutions. You’ll translate complex AI and product concepts into practical, hands-on learning that builds real proficiency and global impact.

The role emphasizes curriculum strategy, content development, and ongoing enablement, with 10–20% direct delivery of bootcamps and workshops.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to teach complex software, AI, data, architecture concepts.
• Experience designing technical curriculum and developer education.
• Hands-on, application-oriented learning rather than theory-focused.
• Curriculum architecture and learning experience design capabilities.
• Ability to lead Train-the-Trainer programs and enable instructors.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end technical learning journeys aligned to Builder roles, skills, and proficiency expectations.
• Develop onboarding, ongoing technical development, and product readiness curricula.
• Translate AI, Salesforce product, architecture, data, and engineering concepts into hands-on learning experiences.
• Define learning objectives, sequencing, instructional approaches, and proficiency expectations.
• Create modular, scalable learning experiences that evolve with products and tech.
• Partner with Product & Field Readiness to align curricula with certifications and product priorities.
• Establish technical learning standards and reusable curriculum patterns across the Builder organization.
• Lead Train-the-Trainer programs and enable global instructors to deliver effectively.
• Personally deliver selected Builder Bootcamps, workshops, and live sessions.
• Model exceptional facilitation and provide actionable feedback for improvement.
