Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Technical Learning Experience & Delivery leader to design end-to-end technical learning journeys and translate AI and platform concepts into hands-on labs. You will partner with Product, CoE, and field SMEs to build scalable learning experiences that empower Builders to design, build, and optimize AI-powered solutions.

This role blends technical depth, instructional design, and training delivery, including Train-the-Trainer programs and hands-on Bootcamps.

Qualifications

• Strong technical foundation and ability to teach complex software, AI, data, and enterprise tech concepts.
• Experience designing technical curriculum, developer education, or technical enablement.
• Ability to create hands-on, application-oriented technical learning rather than purely conceptual training.
• Curriculum architecture and learning experience design capabilities.
• Translate technical concepts into structured, practical learning experiences.
• Strong instructor-led training and technical facilitation skills.
• Lead Train-the-Trainer programs for instructors and field faculty.
• Comfortable troubleshooting technical concepts in live environments.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end technical learning journeys aligned to Builder roles, skills, and proficiency expectations.
• Develop curriculum strategies for onboarding, ongoing technical development, and product readiness.
• Translate AI, Salesforce product, architecture, data, and engineering concepts into structured learning experiences.
• Define learning objectives, curriculum sequencing, instructional approaches, and proficiency expectations.
• Create modular, reusable learning experiences that scale globally.
• Partner with Product & Field Readiness to align with competency frameworks and certifications.
• Establish technical learning standards and reusable curriculum patterns across the Builder organization.
• Design and develop instructor-led and self-paced curriculum, labs, demonstrations, and supporting materials.
• Collaborate with Product, field SMEs, and Builders to ensure curriculum is technically accurate and grounded in real customer experiences.
• Incorporate customer scenarios and implementation best practices into curriculum.
• Maintain and evolve curriculum as Salesforce products and AI capabilities change.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate curriculum development and testing.
