Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a seasoned Senior Enablement Engineer for AI Labs to empower field teams with rapid, credible capabilities around the Salesforce platform. You will shape curricula, certify practitioners, and anchor technical standards across regions and roles.

You will lead high-stakes technical engagements with executives and customers, and you will collaborate with Product to reintegrate field learnings into the product.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in solution engineering, technical architecture, forward deployed engineering, or professional services in senior tech roles.

Responsibilities

• Own internal technical enablement across SE, FDE, Professional Services, Success and Partners; hands-on, not slideware.
• Design and run enablement programs, curricula, certification paths, labs, and champions networks.
• Define standards for builds: tested, governed, reversible, explainable; publish reference patterns.
• Create a reusable reference library from real fieldwork for technologists to adopt.
• Lead the hardest technical engagements and senior customer conversations, providing credible, safe-change explanations.
• Bridge with Product by surfacing field gaps, edge cases, and patterns to inform product
• Scale through a network of technical leaders who can operate without direct supervision.
