Qualifications

• Strong technical foundation capable of teaching complex software, AI, data, architecture, and enterprise tech concepts.
• Experience designing technical curriculum, developer education, or technical learning experiences.
• Ability to create hands-on, application-oriented learning rather than purely theoretical training.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end technical learning journeys aligned to Builder roles, skills, and proficiency expectations.
• Develop curriculum strategies for onboarding, ongoing technical development, and product readiness.
• Create modular, reusable learning experiences that scale globally and adapt to changing products and technologies.
• Lead Train-the-Trainer programs and enable other instructors to deliver effectively.
• Personally deliver selected builder bootcamps and technical workshops, and support hands-on sessions.
