Essentia Health seeks a Technical Laboratory Supervisor to oversee waived lab testing across six Duluth clinics. The role directs six direct reports at two sites, supports bench work, and may assist with phlebotomy. It also leads training, competency checks, scheduling, and regulatory compliance.

Requires a four-year degree in Medical Laboratory Science (or equivalent), CLIA mastery, and ASCP or equivalent certification, plus 2+ years of hospital/clinic lab experience.
