Job summary

Intuitive Health is seeking a Lab Supervisor II to oversee the technical operations at freestanding emergency/urgent care facilities, ensuring accurate and timely laboratory services to support diagnosis and treatment. You will supervise staff, coordinate policies, manage budgets, and travel between sites as needed, maintaining CLIA compliance and delivering patient-centered service.

Bachelor’s degree is required with 5+ years as a technologist; supervisory experience preferred, and strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health care administration, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Master’s Degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises day-to-day technical operations of assigned facilities to maximize service while minimizing cost.
• Ensure accurate, adequate laboratory services are provided timely.
• Travel between labs as needed and on a regular basis.
• Oversee receipt and acceptance or rejection of lab specimens.
• Perform waived, moderate to high complexity procedures in hematology, chemistry, microbiology, serology, immunohematology, histocompatibility, histology, cytology and molecular areas.
