A two-year degree is required with ERP and Salesforce familiarity. The position involves daily collaboration with engineering, materials, and accounting to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in Inside Sales or Customer Service.
• Associates degree preferred.
• Experience with ERP Systems, Microsoft Office and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized customer experiences by understanding needs and providing solutions.
• Assist customers with technical issues, quote prices and parts via phone, fax, or email.
• Identify required parts using ERP and BOM, reference manuals and drawings.
• Troubleshoot technical problems with Field Service, Final Assurance and Engineering teams.
• Follow up on quotes to complete sales.
• Process quotes and sales orders for prompt delivery.
• Inform customers about SupportPro offerings and benefits.
• Promote promotions through calls, emails, and materials.
• Document calls in CRM and coordinate with Materials for timely shipping.
• Assist with collections when needed.
