Job summary

DNOW in Denver, CO is seeking a Customer Support/Inside Sales professional to grow key accounts in the oil and gas supply chain. You will assist external and internal customers with product specs, quotes, and order management, while collaborating with Supply Management to meet equipment requirements.

The role requires strong PVF product knowledge, excellent communication, and a willingness to travel regionally. A degree and prior inside sales or customer service experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong PVF product knowledge and analytical skills.
• 2+ years in customer service or inside sales with growing responsibility.
• Proficiency with computers and software.
• Ability to communicate and transfer knowledge clearly.
• Willingness to travel regularly.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and support on product specs and applications.
• Size pneumatic and electric actuators for valves.
• Understand customer requirements to propose products and solutions.
• Enter and maintain orders, procurement matches, and discounts.
• Maintain records: rebates, stock, catalogs, customer lists.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve warehouse issues promptly.
• Maintain quality standards and descriptions; add new inventory.
• Work overtime as needed and ensure safety.
