Connectly Recruiting is seeking an Inside Sales Engineer to join a 12-person team and become an expert in its clients’ business. You will help increase sales, develop quotes and proposals, and respond to customer questions. Training is excellent and supports your path to success.

Expect to work with markets including petrochemical, defense, aerospace and industrial equipment, with limited travel (quarterly on average). This role emphasizes growth opportunities and a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Mechanical, Materials or Industrial Engineering with a proven record of customer-facing work.

Responsibilities

• Develop quotes and proposals for customer parts.
• Manage accounts to increase sales and respond to customer questions.
• Collaborate with field/territory sales to grow sales; 75% existing clients, 20% upsell, 5% new business.
