Qualifications

• BS degree in Mechanical, Materials or Industrial Engineering.
• 2+ years in a technically oriented role with customer interaction.
• Proven customer-facing experience and ability to manage inquiries.
• Good verbal and written communication; ability to call customers.
• Job shop/foundry exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop quotes and generate proposals for customer parts.
• Manage accounts to increase sales and respond to customer questions.
• Collaborate with field/territory sales to grow the business (75% existing clients, 20% cross-sell, 5% new).
• Oversee projects through the full sales cycle.
• Coordinate with all departments to achieve objectives.
• Limited travel, about once per quarter.
