Your Talent Team invites an Inside Sales Engineer to join a 12-person team focused on mastering clients’ businesses to better serve their needs and increase sales. The role emphasizes strong training and a path for growth within markets such as petrochemical, defense, aerospace, and industrial equipment.

You will develop quotes, manage accounts, and work across departments to drive sales through a full project lifecycle with limited travel.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Mechanical, Materials or Industrial Engineering with a track record in customer-facing work.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to call on clients.
• Experience working as or with account management and sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop quotes and generate proposals for customer parts.
• Be an account manager to grow sales and serve client needs.
• Collaborate with field and territory sales to grow business; 75% existing clients, 20% upsell, 5% new business.
