Kingfisher Recruiting is sourcing an Inside Sales Engineer to join a 12-person team. You will become an expert in client businesses across petrochemical, defense, aerospace and industrial equipment sectors. The role emphasizes customer-facing work, sales growth, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualificações

• BS degree in Mechanical, Materials or Industrial Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in a technically oriented role, preferably casting, machining, metal or materials process operation.
• Strong customer-facing experience and desire to interface with customers and team members.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and computer skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop quotes and generate proposals for customer needs.
• Manage accounts to increase sales and respond to customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with field and territory sales to grow the business; ~75% existing clients, 20% existing clients pursuing new business, 5% new business development.
• Lead projects through the sales cycle from start to finish.
• Coordinate with all departments and levels within the company to achieve objectives.
• Travel limited to about once per quarter.
