Barrette Workforce Solutions, LLC is seeking an Inside Sales Engineer to join a team of 12, becoming the expert for assigned client markets including petrochemical, defense, aerospace, and industrial equipment. You will develop quotes, manage accounts, and coordinate with field and territory sales to grow the business.

Travel is limited to about once per quarter. The role emphasizes customer-facing work, engineering insight, and strong communication, with growth opportunities and a supportive

Formación

• BS degree in Mechanical, Materials or Industrial Engineering.
• 2+ years in a technically oriented role, preferably casting, machining, metal or materials process operation.
• Strong desire to grow your career and interface with customers and team members.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; comfortable calling customers.
• Job shop or foundry experience would be a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop quotes and generate proposals for the parts the customer wants.
• Be an account manager for your customers to increase sales and serve their needs and get them answers to their questions.
• Work in conjunction with field sales and territory sales to increase sales and grow the business; 75% existing clients, 20% cross-sell, 5% new business development.
• Manage projects through the entire sales cycle with a cross-functional team.
• Interface with all departments and levels within the company to accomplish your work; travel limited to about once per quarter.
