Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or Business preferred; relevant experience considered in lieu.
• 8 years total experience required, including at least 3 years in electrical industry.
• Experience with complex bid/proposal processes and negotiations.
• Strong communication and cross-team coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary inside sales and customer support resource.
• Manage and coordinate the proposal process and bid milestones.
• Drive customer satisfaction and project execution post-sale.
• Develop sales reports and dashboards to support growth plans.
