Job summary

Aberdeen Dynamics is seeking a Technical Sales Representative to expand sales of fluid power components, hydraulic systems, and related products in the El Paso territory. The role blends technical knowledge with consultative sales to deliver engineered solutions to OEMs, end users, and contractors.

The ideal candidate will be technically curious, commercially driven, and able to work in the field to understand applications, troubleshoot, and build long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, Engineering Technology, Business, or related field preferred.
• Equivalent industry experience will be considered, including hydraulic systems, hoses, sealing products, and technical sales.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business in the El Paso territory.
• Grow relationships with existing customers for long-term retention and account development.
• Provide technical consultation on fluid power systems, hoses, fittings, seals, and hydraulic equipment.
