Applied Industrial Technologies in the United States is seeking a Fluid Power MRO Specialist to leverage hydraulic and pneumatic know-how as a local technical expert. You will partner with Account Managers to build relationships with existing and new customers across your territory and drive solution-based growth.

The role emphasizes training, drawings interpretation, and collaboration with supplier resources to deliver value and strengthen customer performance.

Formación

• 3+ years fluid power experience including practical applications.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and schematics.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Willingness to engage with customers and internal teams.
• Proactive problem solving and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Cooperatively create and execute an engagement plan with local service center sales teams to achieve sales and profit goals.
• Act as a local, technical fluid power expert for region and facilitate supplier interactions.
• Present fluid power solutions to customers using technical proposals based on drawings and documents.
• Conduct fluid power training for internal staff and customers.
• Develop relationships with supplier resources to specify products and systems.
• Coordinate projects with service center personnel.
• Contribute to the fluid power knowledge base with applications and case histories.
