Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 3+ years of related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret basic engineering layouts.

Responsibilities

• Understand products and order process; provide quotes and process orders.
• Create and maintain customer files and records.
• Enter data into databases and maintain the customer database.
• Schedule orders and update status; assist regional teams as needed.
• Assist the sales team and respond to customer inquiries.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with health and safety rules.
