Job summary

Kratos Industries LLC in Colorado is seeking a Customer Service Coordination Manager – Field Services to serve as the primary technical and operational contact for incoming field service requests, coordinating intake, scoping, and execution from start to finish.

You will bridge customers, field service technicians, and internal teams (Eng, Ops, QC, PM and Supply Chain), own the customer intake process, and drive cross-functional response to scale with a rapidly growing business.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, engineering, or related field strongly preferred; 8-10+ years direct switchgear/field service coordination experience will be considered
• 5-8 years of experience in technical project management, field service coordination, or electrical service operations

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming field service requests, including startup, commissioning, troubleshooting, warranty, and site support.
• Translate requirements into internal work orders and project-manage field service activities from intake through completion.
• Coordinate with Eng, Ops, QC, PM and Supply Chain to resolve technical issues and ensure alignment of scope, schedule, and deliverables.
