Kratos Defense and Security Solutions in Colorado Springs, CO is seeking a Chief Project Engineer to provide technical leadership across SATCOM and Space Ground System projects. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and subcontractors from contract award through system acceptance and post-delivery support.

Lead and coordinate requirement analysis across multiple engineering efforts.
Coordinate Architecture / System / Hardware / Firmware / Software design development across multiple teams.
Support verification and troubleshooting of solutions from development teams and subcontractors.
Lead project acceptance test planning and execution.

Responsibilities

Lead, conduct, and coordinate requirement analysis, decomposition, and management over multiple engineering development efforts, including customer and subcontractor interaction and trade-off options.
Lead and coordinate the Architecture / System / Hardware / Firmware / Software design development and maturation over multiple deliverable development efforts involving multiple development teams and subcontracting partners.
Support, coordinate and or lead the project acceptance test planning and test execution effort.
