Job summary

Kratos Industries, LLC is seeking a Customer Service Coordination Manager – Field Services to serve as the primary technical and operational point of contact for incoming field service requests. You will bridge customers, field service technicians, and internal teams to ensure timely and effective service delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field required.
8-10+ years direct switchgear/field service coordination experience preferred.
5-8 years of experience in technical project management or electrical service operations.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming field service requests.
Perform initial technical intake and determine scope, urgency, and resources.
Coordinate with internal teams to align schedules and deliverables.
Provide regular updates to customers and stakeholders.
Maintain documentation and ensure ERP/CRM data integrity.
