Job summary

Kratos Antenna Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Account Manager to support order management, customer communication, and project coordination. Based in Plano, TX, this role collaborates with Sales, Planning, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Shipping to ensure accurate orders and smooth operations.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in customer service or order management, strong communication skills, and ERP experience (Epicor preferred).

This role ensures accurate order processing, timely delivery, and strong cross-functional collaboration. This position works closely with Sales, Purchasing, Planning, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Shipping to support customer needs and maintain smooth operational workflows. This role requires strong communication, initiative, and a positive, team-oriented approach. Works on assignments requiring judgement and initiative while problem solving customer issues that arise. The position is based in Plano, TX.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Customer Service & Communication

• Primary Point of Contact for internal and external customers, providing prompt, accurate, and professional support.
• Communicate order status, delivery schedules, and issue resolutions clearly and proactively.

Order Management

• Perform order entry and validation in Epicor, ensuring accuracy from quote to delivery.
• Review customer orders to ensure alignment with pricing, scope, and requirements.
• Monitor and troubleshoot customer orders, including on-time delivery performance and exceptions.
• Expedite orders when needed and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve delays or issues.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Coordinate with Planning, Production and Procurement to support schedule alignment and delivery commitments.
• Liaise with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Logistics to ensure customer requirements are understood and met.
• Facilitate smooth communication between internal stakeholders to support customer satisfaction.

Logistics & Documentation

• Coordinate shipping activities and support logistics needs based on customer and project requirements.
• Maintain accurate, organized records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Light Project Coordination

• Support small or defined customer projects by tracking status, documenting requirements, and coordinating with internal teams.
• Assist with basic planning tasks such as monitoring timelines, tracking deliverables, and communicating progress.

Required Experience:
