Job summary

The Keystone Distinction Group is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager / Technical Sales Specialist to drive sales of industrial fasteners to manufacturing, construction and solar sectors from our Houston distribution hub. You will build strong client relationships and provide tailored technical solutions.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of B2B sales in fasteners, deep product knowledge, and a proven track record of meeting aggressive sales targets within the U.S. market.

Qualifications

5+ years of progressive B2B sales experience in industrial fasteners or similar components.
Proven ability to sell into manufacturing, construction, solar industries.
Strong knowledge of fastener specifications, materials, and applications.

Responsibilities

Strategic account development with focus on Houston and Texas markets.
Cultivate and manage long-term relationships with key clients as primary technical and sales contact.
Conduct needs assessments and recommend tailored fastener solutions.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close complex deals.
Oversee end-to-end order management and post-delivery support.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
