Job summary

RNInk is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager / Technical Sales Specialist to drive sales of industrial fasteners to key business clients. The role emphasizes growing local opportunities supported by the Houston Distribution Center, with expansion into the broader U.S.

manufacturing, construction, solar, and ancillary sectors. You will lead strategic account development, manage relationships, perform consultative selling, and guide customers through technical decisions and end-to-end

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive B2B sales experience in industrial fasteners or related machinery components.
• Proven ability to grow local Houston/TX markets and expand nationally.
• Strong technical understanding of fastener specifications and applications.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target industries, with a focus on local Houston/TX markets.
• Manage relationships with existing and prospective customers, acting as primary technical and sales contact.
• Conduct needs assessments and recommend tailored fastener solutions to meet client requirements.
• Oversee end-to-end sales cycle from inquiry to post-delivery support and contract negotiation.
